Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Brought in 2 new carry in tires to mount and balance. I figured I would take before pics of balance weights to see if they actually balanced them. Short white kid told me $30 a tire to mount and balance. After about an hour of patiently waiting he finally brings them out and said your all all set. I looked him straight in the face and said your all all balanced them right? He said yes 100%. When I got home I decided to double check with pictures I took and saw all the old balance weights had not been touched. I went back and asked him who balanced my tires. He said he did. I then showed him before pics proving no balance was done. He got super nervous (busted). I told him I wanted my money back and was taking it to a reputable tire place. He said we don’t do refunds and rudely walked away. Never pay cash with these crooks. If I had paid by card I could’ve disputed it. I got ripped off. Don’t let this happen to you

Horrible experience! I would not recommend anyone go here. I had the guy install 2 used tires on my rear and when he Jacked up the car he didn’t even look to see if he was on anything solid and he bent both of my toe adjuster rods which resulted on the rear tires to wear out way faster and after one month of having the tires he put on i had one blow and the other wear all the was down to no tread. And he tightened the lug nuts wayyy too tight to where my lug key actually ended up breaking in the lug because it was on so tight.. and because it was a cash deal with no receipt i now have to pay over $800 to get my toe adjuster rods replaced. The picture of the bare tire was when i took it back a second time to get it replaced again, he correctly jacked it up the second time but the first time he jacked it up from under the back of the car and didn’t look
